I did it. Today I did it. I ran for 25 minutes, non stop, very slowly, to the tunes of Chaka Demus and Pliers. I got out there and ran. And uphill for half of that. I am already feeling less scared. I can do it. I am doing it. I will run 6 k through mud and water and uphill and down hill. Though i may do it very slowly!!
