So main exciting news is that I am starting a yoga class on Friday. Yes! My first ever class! I am so excited (and nervous) and excited! If you are in Brighton this week our launch week means FREE CLASSES. What better way to kick start a yoga habit, eh? 5 days of free classes with Clocktower Yoga.
Its my new business venture. Its a cooperative (so Brighton).
Myself, and 3 others from my yoga school, have set up Clocktower Yoga. Its a weekday lunchtime class. We designed it to help people fit Yoga into their lives. So you can pop out and do a lunchtime class without rushing. It runs from 10 past one to 10 to two. 40 mins. Enough to touch base with your yoga practice, but also time to get changed and get a sarnie and not have a mad panic rush to get there and back in your lunch hour. Its a (Brighton) town centre location so near lots of offices. (Just by the old ice rink by the way, not far from the Clocktower and Churchill Square.
For more details check here, or here.
to celebrate our launch week ALL CLASSES ARE FREE #yoga #brighton 1.10-1.50pm Mon 6th to Fri 10th at the Ki Centre 12 Queens Sq BN1 3FD

Well done you! And Happy New Year :) xx
I'm very happy for all of you. Great teachers ;););););) All the best!!!! Jess
This looks great Moyra, I wish you every success with this. If I lived in Brighton I would defintely be coming along. Most yoga classes around here are either for 1hr or 1hr 30 mins, which can be a bit daunting. A 40 minute class to fit inside of a lunch break sounds fab!
Good for you,Mo(huge congrats:-)!
