233 weekends. So basically, 40 weeks a year for 5 years............. then we could stop.
or each year we do it - it would pay us back a fifth of what we spend.
extension.... won't make us any money. but we might invite people over more often. We might have visitors more often with another room....
or maybe if there was enough room in it, I could host art journaling there.................

Would you get or want people for 40 weeks each year?
Extension would make you more if used for your wild art workshops and maybe your other training? Would it be a cost saving when you are running workshops? Not that money is everything obviously but handy to get your head around things :)

Despite the total lack of financial incentive for me I now find i really fancy a loft conversion. OOps

well. no idea really. 40 weeks seems reasonable. as in not every weekend. its more than I thought of course. and we would then have the use of it for ourselves and Bub is a growing boy. and it would add to the value of the house (to the same amout it cost generally)
extension probably more expensive than a loft though yes could do workshops in the house if it were nicer and had a social space.
lots to think about and investigate.
