Have you ever asked the Universe for help? Has it worked? I just love the idea that we are not alone. That we are supported by an unseen power that can back us up and help us in our lives. I love the idea that "God is a woman and she's on my side". Even thinking that makes me feel better. I don't know if its all true, I mean I am not your traditional believer in God. But you know, I don't know if it even matters, there is something about the act of believing it, that just HELPS. And even if things don't seem to be going well. The idea that life is unfolding AS IT SHOULD and its just not up to me. Just HELPS.
Right then. I'm off to eat my porridge. YUM

I reckon it doesn't matter what you call it. The word 'God' is just a human construct afterall. Its the effect it has on us and how we live that matters methinks. I feel pretty certain there is an 'other' and that he/she is good and loving (would be pretty crap if there was a God and he didn't like us!) So throw it all out there lovely lady...
