I am not going to be answering it all here, right now. I am still discovering what some of them are, and adapting as I go along anyway.
One thing I do rather too desperately desire is not for me, but for someone else. I would like my Hub to eat better and to lose weight for specific health reasons. Because this is not in my control and I am totally into health food and he is totally not this has lead to friction.
This week he has agreed that I write a menu plan for him and he will eat anything I give him as long as its not entirely mung beans and doesn't involve shepherds pie, which he has a thing against. No pressure then! I am of course mucho delighted and I am going to be kind to him. He just really needs to eat more vegetables and less fried stuff, less processed stuff and less stuff covered in breadcrumbs! He already eats a lot of fruit.
Anyway. Hopefully this will happen and it will all be a great and pleasant experience for all.
And then. perhaps one of my dreams will come true.
I am on day 5 without coffee. Tho I did drink some wine last night, which wasn't very healthy or part of any 21 day detox whatsoever.

Have you thought about doing homemade pizza? Quite easy to get lots of veggies in that way (especially if you blend them into the sauce) and you can use a low fat cheese and wholewheat base.
Apart from that, I agree, it's not easy to get my boyfriend to eat healthier. He does like veggies but doesn't really enjoy a meal without meat which is tough as I'm trying to make more meat free meals.
I second for shopaholly said and Dove's farm Org spelt flour makes the best Home-made pizzas and best everything(Sainsbury's and Tesco sell it:)!
