I was reminded the other day that we already have enough. There is no lack. We are abundant if only we were to take the time to look and see and feel and understand.
I am rich in a world of plenty and fret and worry only make my world and my self smaller and more contracted. Fretting about fair shares and all such.
the 7th Dalai Lama has this to say; ‘for a relationship to work, you need to give more than your fair share’

I read something only the other day on this theme, wish I had made a note of it as it was very good. It was saying the same sort of thing, that we are already abundant. Everything is energy and works through vibrational frequency. It is scientifically proven your cells take their signal from your beliefs and this determines the frequency that you resonate out. So, you can have any amount of thoughts about becoming wealthy, storming ahead in your career or being with the love of your life, it will not happen however until you believe, not only it will happen but that your abundance is happening right now.
Guess it all boils down to the "act as if" principle :)
